References required?

In the process of cleaning up some inconsistencies in formatting and capitalization, I noticed an entry (Qamar Ajnalvi, under “Writers”) that has no reference note, and a Google search yields no evidence (at least not in English) that he identified as Ahmadi. Since I see that the Ahmadiyya article is contentious enough to be subject to occasional vandalism, I wonder if this list of its adherents may be as well? Should every entry here require a citation? (I am in no way even close to a subject matter expert on this topic, I’m merely a grammarian and format-fixer.) – Transitive Sam (talk) 17:01, 13 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
